Covid-19 Situation at Trasis

In this period of suspended time, Trasis remains more than ever involved in pursuing its mission to fight the disease. With the health of our employees at heart, a host of solutions have been put in place to guarantee their safety while continuing to work effectively with you.

We have been closely monitoring the evolving situation concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are providing ongoing information on our safety precautions along with our approach to business continuity as it relates to COVID-19.

Homeworking and Meetings

We prohibit access to the site to all personnel not required for operations and advocate teleworking for all our employees until further notice.

We strongly recommend that all scheduled meetings be either suspended or offered as teleconference versions. Trasis has deployed the necessary means for the employees so that they can continue to work with you under the best possible conditions.

Our team remains mobilized to answer all your question by phone, cellphone, email (support_trasis@trasis.com) or Teams. Trasis' phone numbers are still active.

We are still delivering

Measures have been taken to ensure continuity of production while ensuring the protection of our employees who work at Trasis' production site. Several teams take turns in order to ensure uninterrupted supplies to hospitals and radiopharmacies.

A supply chain organization has also been put in place in order to be prepared for any eventuality. A review of stocks and shipments is carried out as needed to ensure the deliveries if the containment period is extended. During this period of containment, which we hope will be as short as possible, we are actively preparing the recovery plan in order to be ready to ensure the best quality of service upon our return.

The remote assistance and the shipping of goods are not suspended. TRASIS will provide best advice and support to customers if any problems occurs.

We care for you

Please remain confident in our commitment and agility to help you in these difficult circumstances. Trasis will continue to monitor the situation closely and update its approach in line with the World Health Organization and the Belgian government.

We know that this is a critical time for your institution to prepare to meet essential needs and Trasis stands ready to support you.

During this troubled period, which we hope will be as short as possible, Trasis is actively preparing for the recovery so that we are ready to ensure the best possible quality of service when we return.
