18F-DCFPyl is a fluorine-18 labelled ligand binding specifically to PSMA. Developed by Johns Hopkins University (JHU), it allows imaging of prostate cancer and clear-cell renal-cell carcinoma (CCRCC).
The preparation of 18F-DCFPyl has been implemented jointly by Trasis and JHU on the AllinOne automated synthesizer. The process uses a cassette and a reagent kit.
The AllinOne AIO24 model (or higher) built-in with radio-HPLC is suitable for 18F-DCFPyl process.
