Responsibilities

You translate the product strategy into product and service development projects with clearly defined objectives and resources.
You monitor and control project progress, risks and prioritisation through consistent governance across all portfolios.
You oversee project financial monitoring (on a monthly basis) and overall budgeting (on a quarterly basis).
You play a central role in coordination and communication between the main stakeholders in product development (product management, business development, technical experts, industrialisation, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, customer support).
You will manage and develop the skills of the team of project managers and project management officers
Together with the project management officer (PMO), you will be the driving force behind the improvement and harmonisation of project management processes and tools within the company.

Profile

You have a master’s degree in a scientific field (chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology or engineering).
You have solid experience (at least 5 years) in team management and project management in the development of medical devices or pharmaceutical products
You have a very good level of English
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a technical and regulated environment
