Responsibilities

Year 1: You take on the role of R&D Field Service Engineer and participate in after-sales service activities. You will be required to visit customers on a regular basis. You carry out all installation, maintenance, diagnostic and troubleshooting operations on Trasis equipment.

You prepare and carry out installations, maintenance and interventions on site (hospitals and radiopharmaceutical production centers) and ensure follow-up.
You provide remote and application support.
You carry out training and demonstrations at customer sites or within the company.
You proactively develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
You participate in continuous product improvement by reporting user experience and opportunities for improvement, and by working actively with other departments.
You write and update documentation and technical reports, and follow them up with R&D.

Year 2: 50% R&D Field Service Engineer/50% R&D Engineer: you will continue to take charge of equipment maintenance and installation on customer sites, and will gradually integrate R&D projects.

Alongside installation and maintenance activities, you will take part in R&D-related activities.
You are responsible for the design, development, industrialization and documentation of component updates for an automated electromechanical system.
You define and justify the functional specifications of the products and methods developed.
You play an active role in drawing up specifications.
You ensure the transfer to production (drafting of procedures, QC, training, etc.).
You participate in risk analyses.
Provide support to other departments during initial production, QC, installation and maintenance.

Profile

You are a recent graduate in civil or industrial engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, electronics).
You have a very good level of English.
You’re a fan of automated electromechanical systems.
You are multitasking, autonomous and self-taught.
Mastery of technical software such as Solidworks is an asset.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and place great importance on the quality of your work.
