Mission

You establish projects for the optimization of production technologies (tooling requirements, production flow, infrastructure, workstations, production rate, profitability, etc.).
You are in charge of the optimization of the production process.
You are responsible for the transfer of improvements or new products from R&D to Production (checking development deliverables, describing production processes, ensuring technical transition).
You develop specific tools to improve the manufacturing method.
You actively communicate with the R&D, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Production departments.
You communicate with subcontractors on all modifications or new products.
You ensure structured feedback to the R&D teams.
You participate in risk analyses (products, processes, etc.).
You actively participate in the training of production personnel.
You follow and document deviations and CAPA.

Profile

You are a Civil or Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience.
You ideally have a first experience in a similar function. Applications from young graduates are also welcome.
You are oriented towards methods and continuous improvement.
You are interested in the LEAN philosophy.
You master the technical aspects related to manufacturing methods.
You are rigorous and have good communication skills.
You have a good level of English.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
You have a good knowledge of CAD tools.
