Responsibilities

You manage the CEO’s and CTO’s daily schedule, making appointments and prioritizing their tasks.
You prepare, organize and structure the various meetings of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors (convocation, agenda, minutes, presentations).
You provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, preparing communications on behalf of the Executive Committee, reports, presentations.
You supervise your team by defining priorities and distributing organizational tasks.
You actively participate in certain strategic projects as coordinator or operational support.
You will challenge existing methods and propose organizational improvements.
You represent management in dealings with internal and external contacts.
You organize travel for members of the Management Team.
You help organize and coordinate corporate events.
You federate all teams around the defined strategy and objectives.
You ensure the regular assessment and development of your team.
You play an active role in recruiting and welcoming team members.
You maintain a positive working environment.

Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree in executive secretarial work or equivalent through experience.
You have at least 7 years’ experience in a similar position.
You have a good command of Ms Office.
You have a very good level of English.
You have good interpersonal skills and are autonomous.

You are able to take the initiative and make decisions.
You are able to synthesize and analyze information.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
You are flexible and available, organized and have a sense of priorities.
