Responsibilities

You develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
You maximize recurring sales on these contracts to increase market share and revenues.
You identify new opportunities on these accounts and work with sales managers/agents/distributors to increase the footprint of these accounts.
You support growth on two fronts: meeting customer demands and creating customer needs by promoting new ideas/products from the Trasis portfolio.
You negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts with customers, ensuring that agreements are beneficial to both parties in potential collaboration with sales staff and in line with the constraints dictated by BU managers.
You work closely with internal teams. You harmonize interactions between the customer’s various departments and the various Trasis departments so that Trasis speaks with one voice and Trasis understands a consistent message from the account.
You monitor competitors’ activities at the customer and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly. You analyze the customer’s market strategy and tactics to proactively define and understand the impact on sales.
You prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activities, and propose action plans to achieve the targets set. You do the same for internal Trasis activities and present them to these accounts to ensure a complete view of Trasis activities.

Profile

You have a degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or a relevant field.
You have at least 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager in the (radio)pharmaceutical industry or a related sector.
You have an excellent level of French and English.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are able to present information clearly and convincingly.
You have strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
You are able to work independently and achieve ambitious goals.
You are available to travel regularly.
You are solution-oriented.
