Responsibilities

You define, collect, organize and manage business-critical information and knowledge, including technical data, best practices, experience reports and other relevant resources.
You design, develop, implement and maintain knowledge management processes, protocols and databases to capture, store, search and access information, while ensuring its integrity.
You manage the accuracy, longevity and obsolescence of information through knowledge base review and moderation processes.
You foster collaboration between departments, teams and individuals by encouraging information sharing and the creation of internal networks to promote knowledge exchange.
You train staff in the use of knowledge management tools, raise awareness of the benefits of knowledge management and promote a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
You develop training paths and tools within the various business disciplines in close collaboration with managers.
You identify knowledge gaps and propose solutions to fill these gaps, notably through training, documentation and internal collaboration.
You ensure effective management of technical information, including specifications, drawings, operating manuals and other documents crucial to production and quality.
You measure and evaluate the impact of knowledge management on business performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
You guarantee the security and confidentiality of sensitive data, while facilitating its accessibility to authorized parties.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in science or equivalent through experience.
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
You have proven experience in active teaching methods.
You are proficient in the Office suite and have a good knowledge of teaching tools and solutions available on the market.
You have a good command of English.
You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling and managing information.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are a good listener and have excellent organizational skills.
You are able to take a step back and have a strategic vision.
You are proactive and solutions-oriented.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
