Responsibilities

You support department managers in various administrative tasks (mail management, filing, organising meetings, passports, visas, legal documents, signatures, expense reports, etc.).
You facilitate the coordination of the management team’s schedules.
You coordinate business travel management, including transport and accommodation bookings, as well as managing the dedicated platform.
You provide support to your line manager when required.
You participate in the planning and organisation of internal and external events.
You liaise with internal teams and external partners during events (logistical organisation, welcoming participants, etc.).
You provide support to project managers in coordinating schedules and following up on actions
You assist the management team in collecting and compiling data
You supervise the booking of meeting rooms and ensure they are well maintained
You encode and follow up on purchase orders and invoices

Profile

You have a degree in executive secretarial studies or equivalent experience.
You have a good command of spoken and written English.
You are cheerful and friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
You are independent and show initiative.
You are discreet and demonstrate confidentiality in handling information.
You are organised and have a sense of priorities.
You are precise and rigorous. You have a good analytical and summarising ability.
