Responsibilities

You are the main point of contact for all questions relating to master data (items, customers, suppliers, etc.).
You check the consistency of data creation or modification requests in the ERP.
You set up and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards.
You identify inconsistencies, analyze their causes and propose sustainable solutions.
You manage and ensure the smooth flow of data enrichment between departments.
You launch data cleansing campaigns.
You train and support business users to reinforce their autonomy.
You actively participate in data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
You contribute to corporate projects, providing Master Data expertise.
You participate in process redesign, data preparation, testing and user training.
You collaborate with Business Analysts to formalize requirements and co-construct solutions.
You take part in ERP releases, test new features and support end-users.

Profile

You have 2 years’ experience in a similar role, linked to master data.
You have 2 years’ experience on Odoo (or an equivalent ERP).
You have a good command of spoken and written English.
You are service-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
You have the ability to analyze problems and propose concrete solutions.
You are naturally curious and eager to learn.
You are organized, reliable, self-reliant and a team player.
