Responsibilities

You design and develop injection-molded plastic parts used in Trasis machine consumables in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
You define and justify the functional specifications of developed products and methods.
You prepare technical specifications for toolmakers responsible for mold design and manufacturing, as well as for injection molding suppliers responsible for part production.
You identify, evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers and technical partners, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
You coordinate and monitor subcontractors, ensuring compliance with requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
You contribute to the development of qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and quality control procedures for production and post-production activities.
You participate in risk analyses related to products, processes, and industrialization, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
You ensure the management, maintenance, and compliance of technical and regulatory documentation, as well as item data and bills of materials within internal systems.
You provide technical support and perform root-cause investigations in cases of technical issues, non-conformities, deviations, or incidents occurring during production or after market release.

Profile

Essential

You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
You have strong knowledge of plastic injection molding and plastic assembly techniques.
You have significant experience in the development, industrialization, or improvement of plastic products.
You have a good command of English.
You are able to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
You have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and rigor.
You are resourceful and possess a practical, hands-on mindset.
You are solution-oriented.

Nice to Have

You have experience in the design of electromechanical systems.
You have experience in product and manufacturing process development or industrialization.
