Responsibilities

You plan and prepare the daily shipments.
You determine and communicate delivery times based on ERP inventory tracking.
You carry out the shipments to the customers (including dangerous products and temperature controlled shipments).
You manage returns in collaboration with the Customer Support department.
You carry out and follow up on shipments between suppliers and Trasis (purchase or non-conformities).
You ensure that the shipping documents comply with customs regulations. You follow the customs clearance process and correct customs blockages.
You ensure that shipments have been received by customers/suppliers.
You solve problems encountered during shipments, disputes and damage related to transport.
You participate in the drafting or updating of procedures related to the function.
You will be responsible for updating the data in the ERP system and will participate in its improvement.

Profile

You have a degree in Logistics or Foreign Trade & International Transport or equivalent through experience.
You have a first experience in a similar position.
You have a good command of English.
You are familiar with MS Office.
You show discretion and confidentiality in the treatment and management of information.
You have excellent organizational skills.
You have a spirit of synthesis and analysis.
You are a strong team player and solution oriented.
You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have an affinity for continuous improvement and a good sense of priorities.
