Responsibilities

You define and manage the sustainability program and its roadmap to meet the company’s ambitions.
You oversee the assessment of risks, potential impacts and opportunities for the company and the industry.
You define and monitor short- and long-term sustainability objectives and translate them into clear KPIs.
You participate in the development of internal company standards that support sustainable best practices (guidance, standard materials, etc.).
You collect, compile and analyze data relating to the company’s social and environmental responsibility.
You coordinate the various initiatives with internal partners, developing a culture of sustainability within the company (R&D, Operations, Human Resources, Facilities, ….).
You ensure that the CSR aspect is taken into consideration right from the development stage of new products.
You draft reports and ensure reporting to internal and external audit bodies, and respond to inquiries and requests from customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
You promote the actions undertaken within the company.
You represent Trasis in external communities, sharing its sustainable development objectives and achievements.
You keep abreast of developments in best practices and obligations in this area.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in science or management, or equivalent through experience.
You have at least 2 years’ experience in sustainable development management
You have a working knowledge of ESG, CSR and CSDR.
You have experience in project management
You have good verbal, written and presentation skills (in French and English).
You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling and managing information.
You have the ability to build relationships proactively and to navigate in a cross-functional organization. You are able to take a step back and have a strategic vision.
You have excellent organizational skills and are able to work independently, even in unstructured assignments.
You are proactive and solutions-oriented. You are a self-starter and a decider.
