Responsibilities

You are responsible for the identification, selection, follow-up and evaluation of suppliers.
You are in charge of negotiating supply conditions with suppliers in order to reduce the cost of supplies.
You manage relations with subcontractors and suppliers (supply contracts, quality agreements, manufacturing specifications, disputes, etc.).
You organize and plan supplier and subcontractor audits.
You are responsible for placing and monitoring purchase orders. The follow-up includes the aspects of deadlines, costs, documentation, control of invoices and management of disputes.
You build and monitor the supply schedules for which you are responsible, taking into account changes, stock levels and feedback.
You are in charge of reducing the cost of consumables and optimizing the cost of devices and equipment produced in series.
You carry out risk analyses of the Trasis supplier base and propose strategies.
You monitor and implement performance indicators.

Qualifications

You have a degree in management, logistics or foreign trade
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
You have experience in the use and optimization of an ERP system.
You have a good command of English and French.
You have very good analytical skills and are a strong team player.
You are stress resistant and able to deal with unexpected events.
You have excellent negotiation skills.
You have a strategic vision and are an excellent communicator.
You are organized, results-oriented and have a sense of priority
