In a period of strong growth and major transformation, alongside the rollout of our new ERP, Trasis deployed a Lean Six Sigma initiative to strengthen continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Three pillars to drive measurable progress

The program was structured around three core pillars:

Training (Yellow, Green and Black Belt) to develop a shared improvement culture
Operational projects with concrete impact
Measurement and fact-based management to sustain improvements over time

Tangible results in a demanding environment

Over the course of this initiative, Trasis launched 25 projects, with 17 completed, while navigating significant operational load and an ERP transformation in parallel.

Beyond project delivery, Lean Six Sigma contributed to a broader shift in day-to-day operations, with increased use of KPIs, visual management, and structured problem solving, strengthening teams’ autonomy in addressing operational improvement opportunities.

Next step: consolidation and sustainability

The focus going forward is to consolidate the approach: position Lean Six Sigma as a reference method, keep governance light, prioritize fewer and more structuring initiatives, and build on the internal competencies developed during the program.

“The training introduced practical tools that are easy to use and that genuinely support our problem-solving approach.” – Julien Thomas
