[⁶⁸Ga]FAPI-46

[⁶⁸Ga]FAPI-46 is a PET tracer targeting the Fibroblast Activation Protein. As FAP is overexpressed in various cancer-associated fibroblasts, this tracer and other FAP inhibitors are under investigation for diagnostic use in multiple cancer types.
