DOTA-TOC

DOTA-TOC also know as edotreotide is a peptide comprising the DOTA chelator linked to Tyr³-octreotide, engineered for selective binding to somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2) on neuroendocrine tumors (NET).

This precursor is radiolabeled with ⁶⁴Cu, ⁶⁸Ga, ¹¹¹In for diagnostic PET/SPECT imaging or with ¹⁷⁷Lu, ⁹⁰Y for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy allowing to target and treat NET.
